Southern charm and down-home cooking combine to make Lauri Jo’s Southern Style Canning, LLC, truly unique. A much loved hobby began at our local high school canning plant and blossomed into a full-blown business which serves our “Southern Favorites” in 16 states now.
With a few of my great-grandmother’s recipes, combined with some of mine and my husband’s, we are able to offer products that are unique to the South. We are a small, family owned and operated business, looking for opportunities to grow and expand. We personally oversee our production, from selecting fresh, choice local produce to the final processing and shipping. We proudly shop with local farmers and support our Southern roots. At present, we offer Lauri Jo’s Red and Green Pepper Jellies, Lauri Jo’s Salsa (which is a finalist in the “Flavor of Georgia” contest), and Lauri Jo’s Award Winning Green Tomato Pickles. We are continually exploring new tastes. We introduced five new products in 2010: Lauri Jo’s Pineapple Pepper Jelly, Lauri Jo’s Dilly Beans, Lauri Jo’s Pickled Asparagus, Lauri Jo’s Pickled Okra, and Lauri Jo’s Tobasco Sauce.
